No Cigar
Such a thankful word is 'close'
Injected with a potent dose
Of beaming joy and giddy cheer
Churned within from passing near
The zooming car or thund'ring truck
How great it feels to not be struck!

It is to be the saved —
And that is why I lay my Head
Upon this trusty word —
